I tried to make a sketch, based on the chibi version of Himaruya his Netherlands halloween costume. I read somewhere he is supposed to be Faustus. I like the coat. The pants are a bit of a mystery to me.
Netherlands is a character from Hetalia, by Hidekaz Himaruya.
